Austin Palmer-Smith. American, born 1977 in Paris, France. He currently lives and works in Manhattan. Austin has produced a sizable body of work, focusing largely on paintings of and abstractions inspired by water. His works are in numerous private and public collections throughout the United States. He exhibits, has been selected for competitions and auctions for charities. His paintings dazzle and invite the viewer to find moments of beauty and mystery. The immediacy and spontaneity of his paintings are achieved through bold and intuitive brushwork.
